Every missed call is a job
someone else just did.

Emma picks up on the first ring — every call, text, and web form, at 2pm or 2am. It qualifies the lead, quotes from your rate card, books straight into your calendar, and keeps following up until they answer. In your voice. On your pricing.

RUNS ON INFRASTRUCTURE WE OWN · NOT A RESELLER SKIN · YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

01 · THE LEAK

The phone is the whole business. It’s also the hole in the bucket.

You spend real money to make a phone ring. Then the ring happens while you’re under a sink, on a roof, or asleep — and the caller moves on to the next name on the list. Nothing about that shows up in a report. It just quietly doesn’t happen.

A missed call doesn’t wait

Nobody with a flooded garage leaves a voicemail and sits tight. They dial the next number. The lead isn’t delayed — it’s gone, and it went to a competitor.

After-hours is most of the week

A 9-to-5 office covers about a quarter of the hours in a week. Emergencies, evening research, and weekend shopping all land outside it — which is exactly when nobody picks up.

Follow-up dies first

The second and third touch is where most jobs are actually won, and it’s the first thing dropped on a busy day. Not from lack of discipline — from having hands full.

02 · SYSTEM MODULES

One system from ring to booked job.

Not a chatbot bolted to a website. The agent, the pipeline, and the calendar are the same system, so a call at midnight is a booked job on tomorrow’s route without anyone retyping it.

M-01 LIVE

Voice Agent

Answers every inbound call in natural conversation — no phone tree, no hold music. Qualifies the job, handles the obvious questions, and books it. Hands off to a human on request, and always when it should.

M-02 LIVE

Web Chat

Catches the visitor who was going to leave without calling. Same brain as the voice agent, same pricing, same calendar — so the answer doesn’t change with the channel.

M-03 LIVE

Follow-Up

Works the leads that went quiet — call, text, and email sequences that stop the moment someone replies or books. Old lists included; that’s usually where the fastest money is.

M-04 LIVE

Instant Quotes

Prices off your rate card, not a guess — ranges where a range is honest, and a firm number where the job is standard. Anything outside the card goes to a human instead of being invented.

M-05 LIVE

Pipeline

Every call becomes a record with a transcript, an outcome, and an owner. Built in, so it works on day one — or it syncs to the CRM you already use.

M-06 LIVE

Routing & Dispatch

Knows which jobs are urgent, who covers which area, and what the day already looks like — so the booking lands on a route that makes sense instead of sending a truck across the county.

03 · WHY THIS ONE

Three things most AI receptionists can’t say.

01

It gets better from real outcomes

Most agents are frozen the day they’re configured. Ours reads what actually happened — which calls booked, which went cold, what the objection was — and folds that back into how it handles the next one. Every change is reviewed by a human before it goes live.

02

Compliance is in the plumbing

Synthetic voice on an outbound call is regulated — the TCPA is specific about artificial voices, and the penalties are per call. Consent capture and do-not-call enforcement are built into the dialer, not left as something you’re supposed to remember.

03

We own the stack

Most of this category is a thin skin over someone else’s API, which means your margins, your uptime, and your customer data all belong to a vendor you’ve never met. We built the telephony and model layer ourselves. Your recordings and lists stay yours.

04 · DEPLOYMENT

Live in days, not quarters.

No rip-and-replace. Emma sits behind the number you already advertise — forward it when you’re ready, unforward it if you’re not. You keep your number either way.

STEP 01

We learn your business

A working session, not a form.

  • Your services, rate card, and service area
  • What counts as urgent and who takes it
  • The questions you answer twenty times a week
  • Where a call should always reach a human
STEP 02

We tune it on real calls

You hear it before a customer does.

  • Agent voice, greeting, and pacing set to your brand
  • You call it yourself and break it on purpose
  • Calendar, pipeline, and dispatch rules connected
  • Shadow mode first if you want a safety net
STEP 03

It answers, you work

And it keeps sharpening.

  • Forward after-hours first, or everything — your call
  • Transcript and outcome on every conversation
  • Monthly review of what booked and what didn’t
  • Turn it off in one click, keep your number
05 · MEMBERSHIP

One monthly number. Published, not negotiated.

Everyone pays the same rates — no haggling, no annual lock-in, no setup fee. Pick the tier that matches your call volume and move between them whenever it changes. If a month runs over, overage is billed per answered call at your tier’s rate.

06 · PROVENANCE

Built by an operator who runs it.

Emma wasn’t built to be sold. She was built because Gridhack — a Project 404 energy company working the Texas utility market — was losing leads to a phone nobody could always answer. She runs on the same CRM, pipeline and booking system that company uses every day, and Gridhack is deployment number one: every change lands there, on our own revenue, before it reaches anybody else’s phone.

07 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions everyone asks.

Will it sound like a robot and cost me the lead?

That’s the right thing to worry about, and it’s why the demo is a phone call rather than a video. You call it, you push on it, you decide. If it doesn’t sound like someone you’d want representing your company, don’t buy it. She introduces herself as Emma and tells any caller who asks that she’s an AI assistant. Giving her a human name raises that bar rather than lowering it — several states require disclosure that a caller is talking to a bot in commercial contexts, and pretending otherwise is how you lose a customer’s trust and, on outbound calls, break the law.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so and gets a human, rather than inventing something. Anything outside your rate card, any unusual job, any caller who asks for a person — those route straight to you with the context already captured. A confident wrong answer about price is far more expensive than a transfer.

Is this replacing my office staff?

Not in the shops we’ve seen. It takes the calls nobody was catching anyway — nights, weekends, the third call while two lines are busy — and the repetitive qualifying. Your people keep the work that needs judgment. If you’re specifically buying it to cut a role, say so up front so we can be honest about whether it’s a fit.

Is cold-calling with an AI voice actually legal?

Regulated, not forbidden — and the details matter. Under the TCPA an artificial or prerecorded voice needs prior express written consent for most marketing calls, with penalties assessed per call. Consent tracking and do-not-call enforcement are built into the dialer, and outbound stays off until your consent situation is clear. We’re not your lawyers, and for outbound campaigns you should have one look at your setup.

Does it work with the CRM I already have?

Usually. There’s a pipeline built in if you don’t have one or don’t like yours, and connectors for the common systems if you do. Bring the CRM you use to the demo and we’ll tell you honestly whether it connects cleanly, needs a bridge, or doesn’t work — before you pay for anything.

What about accents, or callers who don’t speak English?

It handles a wide range of accents and several languages, and it’s better at both than a phone tree. It is not perfect. When it can’t follow someone, it hands to a human instead of guessing — the failure mode we tune for is a transfer, not a wrong booking.

Who owns the recordings and the customer data?

You do. Because we run our own telephony and model infrastructure rather than reselling someone else’s, your call recordings, transcripts, and lists aren’t sitting in a third party’s account under their terms. Leave, and you take your data with you. Note that call recording consent laws vary by state — we’ll set yours up correctly for where you operate.

What does it cost?

Priced per business — the shape of it depends on call volume and whether you’re running outbound. We’ll quote you a real number on the demo call rather than making you fill out a form to find out. No setup fee, and no long contract; if it isn’t paying for itself you should be able to leave.
